The guy that was in

The guy that was in check in was excellent, very friendly, had explained every thing. The guy in check out was less friendly with very poor english, so after some little problem he just called to the first guy and everything was ok. Overall - good as for east european country. Be aware that the opening hours of Hertz office is 08:00 - 22:00. They can open as for pre reservation.
