We did not pick up

We did not pick up a car in Malaga since the line to get a car was more then one hour in both of their lines. They must now how many cars they have rented out and have people enough to service their costumers. I have never seen anything like this Before. We rented a car from Another comapny on spot. I will never rent a car from Gold car again
