First of all there is

First of all there is not any sign where is the desk or a pick up stand. You have to call a number on the confirmation, they answer from Spain, and then they will send a shuttle. Once on the office (outside the airport), you find a staff not really friendly, they look like a robot, not a bit of emphasis nothing. Policy not clear. In total never take again and not suggest to a friend.
