There were no cars at

There were no cars at the Rome Termini Station and we had to wait for more that 2 hours for cars to arrive. We luckily to get a car but the lack of information was very bad. The staff at first did not explain what the problem was and when they did indicate there were no cars they were not very forthcoming when they could possibly arrive.
