We had to wait standing

We had to wait standing in a queue almost 3 hours to get our rental car. Unacceptable! Just really poor management of staff. They offer a good deal on all the websites, they'd better make sure they have the staff to deal with it. It will definitely make us reconsider renting via budget again, as we practically lost a whole day of holidays. Then it turned out we did not get a station wagon, which in our case was not at all a problem as the car we got was excellent (probably better in quality) and had the space in the boot we needed, but if you really had needed that station wagon you might have had a problem. Other than the waiting time, the service was good. Friendly people and drop off was easy.
