The pickup was a bit
The pickup was a bit confusing because Avis has a priority program with a separate building and parking lot, and it wasn't clear we were supposed to go to the other building across the way after the shuttle dropped us off.

There was no car at
There was no car at the reserved pickup point and time(!) We were told that there were no cars and that there were 3 people waiting before us. We told them we had kids waiting across town with all our baggage to continue our holiday. Fortunately, someone came to drop off the right car class about 10 mins after the discussion and we were given priority because of the waiting kids. However, not having any cars available should not happen!
