I complained at Avis customer

I complained at Avis customer service that the car wasnt cleaned up , which is specially in Covid19 days a totally no-go. I had trash of the previous driver still inside the car, crusted dirt was in the trunk and on the middle arm rest, the outside wasnt clean properly , but nobody from the Avis Team responded to my complain. The electronic of the car had some errors, while I had to stop 3 times on the highway to check what the warning alerts indicated. Over all i wasnt happy at all , but mostly because nobody seems to be interested at Avis about any customer complains.

Getting from the railway station

Getting from the railway station in Graz to the Avis office was a bit complicated - first with tram, and then a 10 min walk. Without the help of Google Maps I wouldn't have found the place. When finally finding the office, the service was very good and very friendly. They even gave me a lift back to the station after I had returned the car.
