I reserved one of the smallest car in the easyterra website but when I reach there, they told me because of busy rental traffic they don't have any small car and instead they offered me a huge Toyota Hilux Pickup, which was very difficult in Istanbul traffic. They said there are some other cars but for them I have to pay extra but only for this pickup I can continue my rental without extra payment. Probably no one wants to rent it because of its size and difficulty in Istanbul. They could just propose me another salon car instead of completely differenty category of a car.
