Staff was very friendly and
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The car was new,at the return they really check your car for any damage (usually is just a visual quick check, but here the check is very meticulous). The staff at return point, are frendly as well l recomand Alamo in Budapest.

A car for the class
A car for the class I booked was not available. Alamo offered a higher class people mover which I did not want as it did not meet my needs. After a lot of discussion it emerged that Alamo had no other suitable cars at the airport and I had no option but to take the vehicle under protest. I found this to be an unacceptable situation and I had never come across anything like this before. This is very poor customer service.
