Front desk person tried to

Front desk person tried to up-sell the upgrade car quite persuasively, and personally that did not feel comfortable. Also, garage desk staff was quite reluctant to mark the scratches of the vehicle on the particular document. The person who collected the vehicle seemed professional and there was no issues with that step. At the same time, I understand I'm taking budget rental company here, but these are the points that stayed in my mind after the journey.
