We requested a child seat

We requested a child seat for a child younger than 1 year. This wasnt't available, and the staff dind't really knew how to put the other child seat safely into the vehicle. This took very long. And the seat wasn't suited for a small child. Also, the time required to go from the desk to the car was extremely long. Only 1 person at the desk.
