Their business model is to upsell insurance so the process of collecting a car can be lengthy as they are very persistent. In this case, I arrived by train and not with a plane load of other customers. On that case, the checkout process at Goldcar/interrent can take well over an hour. Even with several agents working hard. They have a long script to go through.
