Car rental Europcar London City Airport

This time, and last time I used them in the spring, Europcar has been great. I have explained to each rep at the counter that I never want any extras. The past two times they did exactly like I strutted and as the reservation indicated in the website reservation. The time before that Danielle made up a charge that I didn't request, and i got billed for it, but as of now it has been sorted and we all move on. For my rentals, i never want extras -That is what I need from Europcar. And these last two times Europcar followed my rental instructions - they did a great job. I will continue to consider Europcar as my first choice on the Easy Terra site, as long as they never try to change the reservation I made on the Easy Terra website. I always take care to take photos of their cars because they sometimes don't make proper notations of damages like this last rental. There was a hole in the body in the rear of the car, and the guy was going to report it and charge me. But luckily I had taken photos of the damage before leaving the depot. I gave the guy a copy of the pic and he completed the report that I was clear. That was a bit scary. But when dealing with certain vendors it is important to cover your ass so they can't overcharge you. I love Europcar as a rental company, and will continue to use them as my go to rental car on Easy Terra. Thanks for asking

we got a flat tire. No spare, so we had to be rescued by Europcar service (good). Unfortunately the tyre size was not available, so we left the car and return to LONDON BY TRAIN.
