Request to vacuum clean the

Request to vacuum clean the car before giving it back is completely unacceptable. Corsica is an island with sandy beaches - and it is natural to find some residuals of sand of the floor of the car. Clearly this operation should be done by Europcar itself, especially taking into account rather premium prices they charge for a car rent.

I ordered a Renault Twingo

I ordered a Renault Twingo but instead I got a Renault Scenic Break which is considerably larger. A bigger car is more likely to suffer damage (which unfortunately happened in the end). I have had many rental cars before which were different or bigger than what I ordered but never to this extent. So for me I will look elsewhere next time. GV

this is y first car

this is y first car rental, reading all review on internet i was quite negative about havign car rental. But everythign worked perfectly with europcar. Pick and return went very smoothly. Friendly staff.. it was clear that they were not looking for making money. A pure professional company with correct people at the work.
