Quite long wait to pick

Quite long wait to pick up the car. Also a 15-20 min wait for the shuttle to take us back to the airport after returning the car.

When I picked up the

When I picked up the car the lady was very pushy with selling an additional insurance, even though after I told here that I was already fully covered through easyterra. She said that my insurance wouldn't cover everything that their insurance would cover, which she couldn't know of course. In the end she should definitely calm herself, her tone of voice became very judgemental.
