Milan Linate Airport in a nutshell

Milan Linate Airport was originally called 'Aeroporto Enrico Forlanini', after an Italian aviation pioneer who was born in Milan. Linate processes about 9 million passengers a year and is used primarily for domestic and European flights. The airport has an excellent road connection with Milan and is therefore easy to reach by car, taxi and bus.

Next to the airport there is a hotel. The airport has a number of shops, bars and a restaurant. On the first floor there is a special lounge for disabled people. Furthermore, the airport has three exchange services, two banks, various ATM machines, a First Aid station, a pharmacy and a post office (limited opening hours).
