Dalaman Airport in a nutshell

Dalaman Airport is one of three airports that form the gateway to the seaside and holiday resorts in the southwest of Turkey. The other two airports are Milas Bodrum Airport and Antalya Airport.

The airport is situated about 5 kilometers south of freeway D400, which connects the main tourist centers, including Marmaris, Fethiye and Dalyan. The airport is therefore easily reachable by car. There's no train connection with the airport, but HAVAŞ shuttle buses run to the main holiday resorts.

The airport has a reasonable number of shops: the usual duty-free offer and some souvenir shops. There are also several eating and drinking facilities but prices are steep. There are no business facilities; the airport is mainly geared towards tourists, just like the hotels and resorts in the vicinity. Some larger hotels have conference and meeting rooms available. The airport has public computers with internet connection and wireless internet. Other facilities at Dalaman Airport include banks, exchange offices, ATMs, and several travel agencies.
