Your reservation includes rental car insurance through Rentalcover. To file a claim, log into your Rentalcover account.

To do so, please follow these steps:

To open a claim, click on "Submit a claim" in your Rentalcover account. Follow the steps and upload the following documents, if applicable:

Rental agreement from the local rental office
Pick-up and return document from the local rental office
Damage report from the local rental office
Final invoice from the local rental office
Police report (mandatory in case of accidents, theft or vandalism)
Accident report (mandatory - in case of third party damage)
Photo of the damage
A copy of the credit card statement showing the rental company's charges (irrelevant amounts can of course be made unrecognizable)

Your claim will be processed directly by Rentalcover. You will receive all information about your claim by email.
